Vitality Program A: Any time visits: receive a spinal adjustment for $35 per visit or simply pay your insurance co-pay when care is needed

Vitality Program B: Any time packages:  Based on your time, desire, and-or need for chiropractic care: Purchase 10 visits to use anytime for $320, purchase 20 visits to use anytime for $560

Vitality Program C:  2 times per month spinal check-ups and adjustments for $60 (month to month), save 10% on a pre-pay for 12 months of coverage

Vitality Program D: Necessary individual care for $95 per month, save 10% on a pre-pay for 12 months of coverage, there is no limit on the number of visits covered in this program                              

 

Family Vitality Program: Necessary family care for $120-180 per month (depending on number of family members and frequency of check-ups), save 10% on a pre-pay for 12 months of coverage, there is no limit on the number of visits covered in this program

Children’s Vitality Program:  0-8 years old $10 per visit, 9-15 years old $15 per visit
